Most plans are activated instantly or within a few minutes after payment. Custom enterprise setups may take longer depending on scaling requirements. You will receive an activation email and credentials once provisioning is complete.

Due to the nature of digital proxy services, payments for activated plans are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds for activation failures, duplicate payments, or technical issues attributable to our systems. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

Yes. Rotating proxies change IPs automatically based on session or time rules. Static or dedicated proxies can be changed on request depending on your plan. Location switching is supported for most proxy types through the user dashboard.

Yes, our dashboard includes full API support for managing sessions, retrieving proxy lists, checking usage, and integrating with automation tools. API documentation is available inside your account panel.

In most cases, you can simply switch to another endpoint or refresh the IP. For dedicated/static plans, our support team will replace non-functional IPs. You may contact support at support@orangeproxies.com.
